Are you always tired? Brain in a fog? It could be your blood sugar.

There are many reasons for fatigue but one of the main ones I see in nearly every person I work with is blood sugar dysregulation.

When our blood sugar is dysregulated, we may feel energy crashes that cause us to reach for sugar or caffeine, an excessive appetite, cravings for sweets and carbs, fatigue that is relieved by eating, and frequent thirst.

We may get headaches, feel shaky, lightheaded, irritable, or “hangry” if meals are missed or delayed.

Another sign of dysregulated blood sugar is awakening a few hours after falling asleep and having a hard time falling back asleep.

Do these symptoms sound like you? If so, take my quiz to see if your blood sugar could be at the root of your symptoms.
